Join us for a cosy catch up with:

• Information about how to stay warm this winter, Winter Fuel Payment changes and where to get help with fuel costs.

• How to maintain your health this winter, including how to access vaccines, get help from your pharmacist and use the NHS app.

• Health winter recipes on a budget.

• You will also have the opportunity to give your views on local health services; what you value and what you would like to see in the future.

This is a blended session for those who are not able to attend in person, however we recommend our Carer Connect Specials are attended in person where possible.
