Chessington Adventure!

🌟 What an unforgettable Monday! We bolted out of Sutton Carers Centre with a group of Young Carers for a thrilling day at Chessington World of Adventures! 🎢💦 Two of our incredible Young Carers, recently nominated for the Jack Petchey Award, chose to celebrate by inviting a group of YCs to join them on this action-packed day out. This outing was especially meaningful—it marked our first all-boys trip, a big milestone as we continue to reach and support young male Carers who are often underrepresented. 💙 First up: Rattlesnake! 🐍 A perfect warm-up before the boys braved the Monkey Swinger—only to discover the surprise splash effect! Let’s just say, they were a little soaked, but the smiles didn’t stop. 😊 Despite the cloudy skies, the laughter and memory-making carried us through! A huge thank you to @jackpetcheyfoundation for sponsoring this award, and @cheamandsuttonrotary for providing transport. We’re already looking forward to our next Young Carers adventure! 🌈🌟
