The focus of the Alzheimer's Society's Dementia Awareness Week (13-19th May) campaign is to bring the UK together to take action on improving dementia diagnosis rates.
Did you know that 1 in 3 people with memory problems don't have a diagnosis?
Our Dementia Carers Support Group this week is our monthly face-to-face group, and we look forward to celebrating and supporting Dementia Carers with tea and cakes.
What else is going on?
