Reed in Partnership are offering free government funded employment support which is for unemployed and age 18+ individuals. They specialise in supporting individuals with barriers such mental health, learning disability, domestic abuse victim, ex offender, Carers and former Carers to get into sustainable employment. They have already helped 150 000 individuals into employment across South London, covering Mitcham, Sutton, Wallington, Modern, Kingston etc.
Additional benefits of the programme include:
An approach tailored to the individual needs
Financial help with travel to work or interview clothing
Workshops on interview techniques, CV writing, access to an Online Careers Hub 24/7 etc.
Health and wellness support with health check, workshops on many mental/physical health issues, including pain management, managing anxiety and much more
In work support i.e. after getting employed, additional 6 months support to see if any adjustments or further assistance is required.
Offer expert support for SELF Employment
Rapid response team – if the secured job doesn’t work out for any reason; work on finding alternative employment as soon as possible will take place.
