Our Carers Connect session today was a great example of why meeting up with other Carers is so useful.
We had a fantastic sharing of experiences and information, particularly around the theme of planning for later life and paying for care.
It's a minefield!
The group agreed that as a Carer, the term, "You don't know what you don't know" is very appropriate, and that usually you just 'bump' into what you don't know.
So, sharing information is gratefully received, so even if you may have not know, once you know, spread the word.
