What's #YCAD24 all about?

Young Carers Action Day 2024 will be on Wednesday 13th March. This year's theme is fair futures for young carers, focusing on building a more equal future for Young Carers and removing barriers that many of their peers do not face.

Young Carers can have poor mental health and many don't get enough support. With the right support, Young Carers can fulfil their aspirations. Check out the video below to see how our involvement with #CarersTrust projects like 'My Mental Health' can really help!
